What is the cost?
We charge a flat rate of $10 an hour no matter the task and you can cancel anytime. No contracts, no commitments.
What can you do for me?
Anything that can be done online/virtually, including but not limited to scribing, billing, prior authorizations, eligibility checks, refill requests, lab orders, insurance verification, email follow up and scheduling.
How safe is my data?
The staff that supports you works in a secure and monitored office outside the US, they are Nurses and other Clinicians specializing in your field, they are HIPAA trained and have background checks done. THEY DO NOT WORK FROM HOME and work in a monitored location with secure internet via VPN and on equipment provided to them.
What value do you provide?
Charting and admin tasks take a lot of time away from your revenue generating activities, we help you focus on what you do best and support you with back office tasks at low cost to maximize your returns.
How do I start?
Book a call with us, we go over all tasks you need done, how you want them done and schedule a start date for onboarding with staff that will be working with you throughout to maintain and understand all aspects of the tasks required. We provided a discounted rate during the onboarding period. After the onboarding period, a seamless process is maintained by the same staff through ongoing communication, task review and feedback.
